What fascinates me is this. We know more than we've ever known before. Information has never been easier to access. Yet many people feel more disconnected from themselves than ever before.
I don't think that's because people need more information. It’s because we now have so many things demanding our attention. And somewhere amongst all of that, we’ve lost the time and space to stop, reflect and notice ourselves. And you cannot change what you cannot see.

Why we created the Discovery Room
For over two decades I worked alongside leaders and business owners who wanted to make a difference.
Over time, I watched pressure change them.
As space to think disappeared, decision making became about getting through the day rather than creating the possibilities of the future. Good leaders became reactive. Confident leaders started doubting themselves.
Then I realised just how much our environments shape us.
Every time I stepped into a different room, surrounded by different people and different conversations, something shifted. I left seeing the world differently, made different decisions and created a different future.
That's why we created The Discovery Room.
